Red Mountain Library is offering a fun twist to speed dating. Come mingle with other singles at the literary speed dating event Thursday, March 1 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Red Mountain Library, 635 N. Power Road.
Pick a literary character name to be your pseudonym for the afternoon and bring your favorite book as a conversation starter. You'll have several "mini-dates" in less than two hours. This program is free and intended for ages 55+. Refreshments will be served and registration is required. Online registration is available at www.mesalibrary.org/events/literary-speed-dating-55.
