PM&M Electric, Inc. DBA Titan Solar Power, the Nation's Top 2018 Rooftop Solar Contractor, officially opened the doors to its' new corporate headquarters in a Jan. 16 ribbon cutting ceremony with the City of Mesa.

"Mesa's economy thrives on businesses like Titan Solar Power and I am proud that Mesa is home to their new corporate headquarters," Mayor John Giles said. "Watching Arizona businesses grow an industry locally and create jobs in our community is very rewarding and I wish Titan Solar Power the best of success."

A job at Titan Solar Power means more than a 9-to-5; it means adopting a whole new family. Any Titan employee can attest to that. That is because Titan was founded on family. In 1986, PM&M Electric, Inc., Titan's legal name, was established by Ken Williams, father of Heather Williamson, the wife of Titan co-founder, David Williamson.

Heather grew up in her father's electrical contracting offices joking she'd one day, "take over her father's business". The opportunity arose March 2013, when David and business partner, Kyle Beddome, purchased the PM&M electrical license and began operating as Titan Solar Power. Heather joined the company at the end of the year. The trio began hiring outside employees in 2014. By 2015, Titan had grown large enough for the Williamsons and Beddome to step back and take on the respective C-Suite level roles of CEO, COO, and CFO.

"I am thrilled to welcome Titan Solar to Mesa and District 3," Councilmember Francisco Heredia said. "They are a thriving company who is growing by leaps and bounds, and they fit in perfectly not only in our City, but in our District. They will be an economic driver for the area, and I am excited to watch them continue to grow.

This is the company's fourth relocation since its founding. The new Mesa office, 525 W. Baseline Road, more than doubles the 18,000 square-feet of Titan's previous location.

"This the perfect space for us," said David. "This new location will allow us to comfortably continue growing and keep putting solar on people's roofs."

In 2017, Titan had 15 installation crews and serviced the Arizona market . Now, Titan has 35 Arizona-based install crews, Yuma and Tucson branch offices, and has expanded nationally with Nevada, California, New Mexico, Texas, and Florida affiliate locations. The Mesa location serves as the business management hub for all nationwide offices.

"We have been extremely blessed to have experienced the success we have had." said Williamson. "We are also grateful for the hard work and sacrifice of our Titan family and our partners. Our success would not be possible without them."

2018 was a pivotal year for Titan. In addition to being honored the Nation's Top Rooftop Contractor by Top Solar World, Titan ranked No. 208 on the INC 5000's Fastest Growing Companies List and placed first in the Phoenix Business Journal's 2017 Largest Phoenix-Area Solar Installers List (ranked by kilowatt). Most recently, the company was voted seventh in the PBJ's Best Places to Work Large Companies Division.
