Today, CBRE announced three tenants have signed agreements to locate at The Landing at PMG, a soon-to-be-opened industrial subdivision. Collabtech Group, Huesman Brothers Door and Custom Molding, and Russell-Sigler Inc. will locate in the subdivision occupying more than 40,000 square feet and create more than 50 jobs.

Collabtech Group is a global provider of installation, integration, rental, and adoption services for collaboration technology. Huesman Brothers sells custom paneling, crown molding, fireplace mantels, barn doors, and other hand-crafted items. Russell-Sigler Inc. is an industry-leading HVAC distributor with more than 50 distribution locations across six states.

"Congratulations to Collabtech Group, Huesman Brothers and Russell-Sigler Inc., on being the first tenants at The Landing at PMG," Mayor John Giles said. "It's exciting to watch southeast Mesa maintain its momentum as a thriving economic engine for the entire city."

The Landing at PMG is a 281,000-square-foot Class A industrial product consisting of six-buildings on approximately 20 acres just south of Loop 202 at the southeast corner of Ray and Sossaman Roads in Mesa's Gateway Area.

The subdivision is zoned light-industrial and includes six buildings with 20-foot to 30-foot ceiling heights and ranging in size from nearly 12,000 to more than 112,000 square feet. The Landing is visible from Loop 202 with freeway access from the Power Road and Hawes Road exits.

"With six buildings totaling 281,000 square feet, and 40,000 square feet already leased, The Landing at PMG has become the leading development along Ray Road," District 6 Councilmember Kevin Thompson said. "I am thrilled that they chose Mesa, District 6, and the Gateway area as home."

The new industrial development sits just north of the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and within one of Mesa's newly announced, federally-designated opportunity zones. Opportunity Zones allow investors to defer and potentially reduce taxes on capital gains, so long as the gain is reinvested in a qualified opportunity fund that invests in a qualified Opportunity Zone.

"CBRE and Marwest are excited to welcome Russel-Sigler, Collabtech and Huesmann Brothers to The Landing project. Marwest and CBRE are open for business at The Landing with many additional tenants in discussions," CBRE Senior Vice President Kevin Cosca said. "This has been an amazing partnership between the City of Mesa, Marwest and CBRE and on behalf of Marwest we would like to thank the City of Mesa for their commitment to excellence and continued support for the project and the market."
