UPDATE APRIL 11, 8:30AM - Traffic restrictions in Mesa around the intersection of E. McKellips Road and Gilbert Road will continue until further notice as crews finalize work on a water main break and road repairs. The City will detour vehicular traffic except for local use and emergency vehicles. Mesa is asking motorists to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
