As a way to service you better and provide easier access to your account information, the City of Mesa has launched a new My Utility Account website. Registration is easy - all you need is your utility account number and your service address zip code. All utility account customers will need to register in the new portal for validation of account.
The new website has several exciting features:
Convenient access from any type of device, including mobile phones and tablets
Intuitive dashboard and navigation, with several tabs to make it easier to find the information you need the most
View and pay your bills online. You can also set-up recurring automatic payments, manage stored credit cards and bank account information or make a one-time payment
Review your payment and transaction history up to 24 months
Analyze and download your usage data
Add multiple utility accounts to your web profile
Allow guest access to your utility account
Once you are registered at utilities.mesaaz.gov, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your account. That is all you will need to access your utility information.
