Important customer information during utility billing system upgrade

The City of Mesa isupgrading its customer information and utility billing system Thursday, Feb. 18 at 7 p.m. through Monday, Feb. 22.The ability to make online or telephone utility bill payments will not be available those days. Our phone center will also be closed Monday, Feb. 22. Our two office locations are currently closed to the public due to COVID-19 concerns to protect our customers and staff.

Three self-service payment kiosks are available for our customers' convenience. Two of the kiosks are located at the Mesa Municipal Building, 55 N. Center St., and the other kiosk is located at the East Mesa Service Center, 6935 E. Decatur St. Any kiosk payments made during the upgrade will not be reflected on the customer's utility account balance until Feb. 23.

The City wants to reassure Mesa residents and other utility customers there will be no collections or utility shut offs during this time and there will be no charges for delinquent payments. Customers are asked to plan utility turn on or turn off before Feb. 19 or after Feb. 22.
