Chicanos Por La Causa held an official groundbreaking Jan. 25 on a new mix-used development in Mesa focused on light rail transit and community within walking distance to the downtown area. The Residences on Main, 424 W. Main St., will feature nearly 200 apartment units and 19,000 square feet of retail space to promote an active, thriving downtown. As the "Gateway to Downtown" at the northwest corner of Main Street and Country Club Drive, The Residences on Main welcomes the community to a greater future together as a strong neighborhood connected to convenience. Future residents will have access to amenities, retail, restaurant, and culture from the complex and downtown Mesa.
