North America’s Largest Automotive Supplier to Build Manufacturing Facility in Mesa

The Arizona Commerce Authority, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, and city of Mesa are pleased to announce that Magna, a mobility technology company and one the largest suppliers in the automotive space, is building a manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona. Located at Power Industrial Park, the nearly 230,000 square-foot facility is expected to create hundreds of new jobs.

Representing a multi-million-dollar investment, Magnas new manufacturing facility highlights Arizonas rapidly-growing automotive ecosystem that includes electric vehicle manufacturers Lucid and Nikola and automated vehicle innovators such as Exponent, Mobileye and Pony.ai.

Magnas decision to locate its new manufacturing facility in Mesa demonstrates Arizona's attractiveness for the automotive industry, said Sandra Watson, President and CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority.
