Early Voting for the City of Mesa General Election

Early voting for the General Election begins on Wednesday, Oct. 9 and ends on Friday, Nov. 1. Mesa City Plaza and the Mesa Main Library will not be available as a Drop Box or voting location for the General Election this year.

Maricopa County Elections Department will offer "vote anywhere" Vote Centers, which allow voters to choose from any open location, instead of one assigned location. Voters can visit Where to Vote to find the nearest location.

The City of Mesa has four questions on the General Election ballot:

The Mayor and Councilmember District 1 seats have advanced to a runoff during the General Election. The incoming Mayor and Councilmembers elected in the 2024 primary and general elections will take office in January 2025 for a four-year term.
