The City of Mesa Office of Economic Development will celebrate two years of Mesa Business Builder (MBB) @ The Studios serving local entrepreneurs and small businesses with a special anniversary event, Cinco de Momentum, on May 5.
The free Cinco de Momentum-themed event will take place at MBB @ The Studios and bring together small business owners, community partners and local leaders for an evening of connection, collaboration and celebration, including a welcome from Mayor Mark Freeman, rapid fire presentations, raffle prizes and more.
Mesa Business Builder has helped strengthen the local business ecosystem by providing resources, mentorship and space for entrepreneurs to grow and succeed. This two-year milestone of MBB @ The Studios highlights the Mesa Business Builder program's continued momentum and impact in the community.
"This anniversary is not just about celebrating two years, it's about recognizing the entrepreneurs, partners and community members who have helped build this momentum," said Jaye O'Donnell, director of the City of Mesa Office of Economic Development. "MBB @ The Studios has become a hub for connection and growth, and we're proud to continue supporting small businesses as they start, scale and succeed in Mesa."
Attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow business owners, engage with community partners and participate in drop-in sessions led by local experts on topics including marketing strategy, business growth and fundraising. Complimentary food and refreshments will be provided.
