It's where fashion meets inclusivity. Mesa and Chandler's Adaptive Recreation Programs unite for the annual Adaptive Fashion Show on Saturday, Sept. 19. This year, the fundraiser moves to the Mesa Arts Center, 1 E. Main St., with a runway reception at 11 a.m. and the fashion show at 1 p.m., with the doors open at 12:30 p.m.
Sixty gorgeous models will take center stage showing off the latest fashions and lighting up the runway with the timeless glamour of Old Hollywood, plus the confidence, courage and style that breaks barriers. This unforgettable celebration shines a spotlight on the talents, individuality and spirit of our adaptive community through an inspiring runway experience.
Before the fashion show, attendees can enhance their Golden Gala experience by attending the optional, separately ticketed Runway Reception fundraiser at 11 a.m. The casual reception offers exciting raffle and silent auction opportunities, information about the Mesa and Chandler Adaptive Recreation programs, a chance to meet Team Mesa and Chandler Athlete Ambassadors and an opportunity to connect with families, supporters and community members before the runway comes to life.
Proceeds benefit the Adaptive Recreation programs of the cities of Mesa and Chandler, providing recreation opportunities that empower individuals of all abilities to learn, grow and thrive.
